Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! 


We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted/sale items which have been marked as damaged or imperfect condition.

  • Personalised item or custom items (unless item is deemed faulty)

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • In the message please provide your details and order number;

  • You will receive an email with a return address, as we are a small business, we can not afford to cover the cost of returning your item. 

  • The item must be return to us within 14 days or agreed return. Once the item has been received, by us and the condition assessed your product refund will be processed within 14 days (we advise using tracked or getting a proof of postage when sending items back).

Additional Information:
We advise returns to be sent either tracked or to have proof of postage, this is so if the product becomes lost and does not arrive back to us we can work with you and the delivery handler to claim for missing post. Without the item we can not issue a refund.
