What is the turnaround time?
All my items are handmade and most are made to order, so it could take up to 2 weeks before your item is dispatched.
Some of my more popular items I have pre-made and keep as stock, and these will be dispatched much quicker.
If you require an item sooner, then please send me a message before ordering and we can discuss if it is possible. I do my best to accommodate everyone.
What is UKCA/CE?
Great question, many products need to be safety tested and that includes any toys aimed at children under 14 years old. We take safety very seriously at Always Crafty UK and therefore make sure that any toys we sell conform with the UKCA and CE safety testing regulations. If you would like more information about this the UK gov website is a good place to start https://www.gov.uk/guidance/using-the-ukca-marking.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we are only able to ship to the United Kingdom.
If you are from outside of the UK and would be interested in one of our products, please get in touch as it might be something we can offer in the near future.
I like your products but I would like a different colour or style?
Do you have a certain colour in mind? Or perhaps you would like something bigger or smaller. At Always Crafty UK we make everything ourselves so we can accommodate many alterations. Just head to the contact us section and let us know what's on your mind!
